FESTIVAL Inclús BARCELONA, SPAIN 2023 AWARD WINNER
BEING MICHELLE wins its 13th award at the film’s International Premiere in Spanish at Festival Inclús in Barcelona! We thank the festival programmers and judges for recognizing Michelle’s important story. While Michelle’s own experiences of the criminal justice system are based in the United States, the issues raised in the film are ubiquitous and commonly experienced by Deaf and Disabled people around the globe. Michelle’s brave telling of her story will continue to support our fight to ensure the basic human #RightToCommunication for Deaf and Disabled people everywhere! @festivalinclus
